We are looking for a motivated Business Developer to join our team and drive business growth in the education and skill development sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking, and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable training and skill development solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Maintain records of leads, client interactions, and business development activities.

Requirements:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to generate leads and work towards targets.
• Prior experience in business development, sales, education, training, or a related field will be an advantage.
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn may also apply.
