We are Hiring: Business Developer Executive

Role Overview:

The Business Developer Executive is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building networks of investors and partners, and driving revenue growth through active client acquisition for BOTEM’s agricultural estates and land-banking projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, pitch, and convert high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate bodies, and diaspora investors.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with independent brokers, corporate groups, and investment syndicates.
• Coordinate and guide prospective buyers through on-site farm estate inspections.
• Manage sales pipelines from first contact through contract signing and post-sale onboarding.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify fresh business expansion channels.

Key Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in business development or sales within real estate, investment assets, or agribusiness.
• Proven track record in lead conversion, sales pipeline management, and closing deals.
• Excellent pitching, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to meet and exceed monthly targets.
