Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Developer to join our real estate company. You will work closely with the Director and assist him in preliminary property and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Doing the initial conversations with the prospective clients.
Visiting the respective properties and proposing it to the prospective clients.
Making PowerPoint Presentations.
Travelling is a must all over India.
Market Analysis.
Cold calling to prospective clients.
