Business Developer Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive growth. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, focusing on B2B marketing channels.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns using Google Ads, analysing performance metrics via Google Analytics.
• Oversee social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement to boost brand visibility.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic through WordPress and other optimisation tools.
• Coordinate email marketing campaigns, ensuring targeted messaging and effective lead nurturing.
• Utilise Adobe Photoshop for creating compelling visual content for various platforms.
• Manage project timelines effectively, ensuring timely delivery of marketing initiatives while maintaining organisational standards.
• Lead copywriting efforts for promotional materials, website content, and social media posts to ensure clear and persuasive messaging.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with management on strategic planning and reporting using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel to present insights and results.

Requirements

• Proven experience in management, project management, and B2B marketing roles.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media management, email marketing, and WordPress platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and IT tools relevant to marketing functions.
• Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster collaboration across departments.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.

Pay: £31,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
