Business Development Admin

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling, correspondence and documentation management.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure alignment on new business opportunities and project delivery timelines
• Handle administrative tasks including expense reports, invoicing and contract documentation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in an administrative or business development support role, preferably within a sales or new business development environment
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client and colleague interactions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas to support business development objectives
• Knowledge of the business development or sales industry is advantages.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
