Business Development (Affiliate Support)

Location: Menara Southpoint, Kuala Lumpur

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated individual to support affiliate acquisition and engagement activities for a mobile commerce business. The role involves reaching out to potential partners, assisting with registration, and encouraging participation in available programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential partners through outbound calls to introduce relevant programmes and initiatives.
• Assist partners with registration, account setup, and access to livestream features.
• Follow up with inactive partners to introduce new initiatives and encourage re-engagement.
• Support registration documentation and coordinate livestream schedules with participating partners.

Requirements:

• Good command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and communicating with external stakeholders.
• Able to work independently and manage follow-up activities.
• Diploma or degree qualifications are preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary and Benefits:

• Basic Salary: RM2,800 per month
• KPI Incentive: Up to RM300, subject to performance criteria
• Mobile Phone Allowance: RM100 per month
• Annual Leave: 1 day per month worked, subject to applicable employment terms

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
