Business Development Analyst (5789)

NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Business Development Analyst to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL . This is a remote contract position.

SALARY: $30-$45 per hour (depending on experience)

Requirements

• Proficiency with Foundation (experience customizing workflows, dashboards, and reports a plus)
• Exceptional communication skills in business writing, listening, and presentation
• Professional, proactive, results-driven, with high energy and integrity
• Strategic thinker with strong attention to detail
• Creative problem-solver with excellent planning, organizational, and project management skills
• Client-focused, skilled in relationship management and business development
• Empathetic, collaborative, able to build rapport and maintain relationships
• Highly adaptable, capable of prioritizing and completing tasks under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of or ability to learn Microsoft Office Suite or Microsoft 365
• 4+ years of experience in professional services, preferably legal
• Knowledge of data enrichment tools (e.g., PitchBook, Capital IQ)

Responsibilities

• Analyze referral data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities
• Support tracking of KPIs, opportunities, interactions, and follow-up actions
• Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager to generate and present regular referral engagement reports
• Prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up items for referral meetings
• Maintain a consistent work schedule, fully engaging during business hours
• Manage special projects and duties as assigned
