Business Development analyst

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain financial models to analyze investment opportunities, including NPV calculations and ROI projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential deals, conduct feasibility studies, and prepare business cases for new projects.
• Provide commercial analysis support to the Business Development Manager by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Assist in developing cash flow forecasts, valuations, and IRR calculations for hotel development proposals.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry or related field (e.g., asset management analyst).
• Strong background in financial modeling using Excel or other tools; ability to create complex models from scratch.
• Experience with commercial analyst activities such as market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation.
