Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop sales strategies based on market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 6-10 years of experience in business development or a related field (e.g., pharmaceutical industry).
• MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (any specialization).
• M.Pharma degree with relevant work experience in active pharmaceutical ingredients or sales analytics/operations.
• Strong understanding of sales operations principles, including forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management.
