Business Development Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between operational data and strategic business decision-making. You will be responsible for gathering data from reporting platforms, analyzing key performance metrics, and translating those numbers into clear, compelling presentations. Beyond internal reporting, you will play a key role in presenting data-driven insights and performance reviews directly to property partners to help drive mutual growth and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner-Facing Presentations & Stakeholder Communication

• Deliver clear, data-backed presentations directly to property partners, highlighting key performance metrics, revenue opportunities, and market trends.
• Translate complex performance metrics into easy-to-understand visual slide decks and dashboards for external property owners and executive management.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Account Management teams to conduct periodic performance reviews and business updates with property partners.

2. Data Extraction & Reporting

• Extract, consolidate, and sanitize performance data from existing databases, CRMs, and internal reporting tools.
• Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly performance tracking dashboards across key business metrics.
• Ensure all data and reports are thoroughly audited and accurate before presenting to key stakeholders.

3. Strategic Analysis & Process Optimization

• Analyze historical trends, room occupancy, and pricing strategies to uncover opportunities for improved partner profitability.
• Evaluate business and onboarding workflows to identify operational bottlenecks and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Track performance targets and assist leadership in monitoring strategic growth initiatives across key properties.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or partner-facing advisory roles (preferably in Hospitality, Real Estate, or E-commerce)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (Pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and chart creation).
• Hands-on capability to export, clean, and manipulate raw dataset files from enterprise platforms, CRMs, and internal tools.
• Familiarity with presentation and visualization tools (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Power BI, or Google Data Studio) is a strong plus.
• Strong verbal presentation capabilities with the confidence to communicate insights directly to property partners and senior executives.
• Ability to frame technical figures and analytical outputs into compelling, client-ready stories.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical mindset, and proactive problem-solving attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
