Business Development Analyst

Job Purpose:

The Business Development Analyst will support the Business Development Manager in driving the company’s growth by providing research, analysis, and coordination across investment opportunities, asset management, and project development. This role will focus on preparing financial models, conducting market research, supporting due diligence, and assisting in the execution of business development initiatives to ensure timely and accurate delivery of key outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Market Analysis

• Prepare financial models, valuation reports, and investment analysis to support decision-making.
• Conduct industry and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Assist in preparing presentations and investment papers for management and stakeholders.

Business Development Support

• Support the Business Development Manager in evaluating new business opportunities, joint ventures, and acquisitions.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including gathering data, reviewing documents, and liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
• Draft and organize legal and financial documentation under guidance from the Business Development Manager.

Asset & Project Support

• Assist in monitoring asset performance by preparing reports and tracking key operational and financial metrics.
• Support project development activities, including feasibility studies, project timelines, and budget tracking.
• Help coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Prepare communication materials for investors, partners, and management.
• Maintain databases, trackers, and reporting tools to ensure information is updated and accurate.
• Support in managing relationships with partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business development, consulting, investment, or financial analysis (internship experience may be considered).
• Strong financial acumen and skills in Excel-based modeling and analysis.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills (PowerPoint proficiency required).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
