Business Development & AIGC Project Coordinator

About the role

This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with potential clients, brands, companies, and organizations in the Philippines. You will communicate with clients regarding AI video, AI image, digital human, short-form video, advertising, and other AIGC-related projects, understanding their business objectives, creative requirements, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. You will translate client requirements into clear project briefs for the China-based production team and coordinate communication between Philippine clients and the production team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, brands, companies, and organizations in the Philippines
• Communicate with clients regarding AI video, AI image, digital human, short-form video, advertising, and other AIGC-related projects
• Understand clients' business objectives, creative requirements, budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Translate client requirements into clear project briefs for the China-based production team
• Coordinate communication between Philippine clients and the China production team
• Follow up on project progress, revisions, approvals, and final delivery
• Ensure that client requirements are accurately communicated and properly executed
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for repeat business
• Learn and understand AIGC tools, AI video generation, AI image generation, and other AI content creation technologies
• Support the development of the Philippine AIGC commercial market

About you

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
• Experience in business development, sales, customer service, advertising, media, content creation, or project coordination is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and requirement-understanding skills
• Strong learning ability and willingness to learn AIGC-related technologies
• Able to clearly understand client requirements and communicate them accurately to a China-based team
• Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow projects through to completion
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with AIGC, AI video, AI image, digital human, or other AI content creation tools is preferred
• Existing business relationships with Philippine brands, agencies, companies, MCNs, or organizations is preferred
• Experience working with Chinese companies or China-based teams is preferred
