Business Development & Client Acquisition Executive

JOBSTUDIO PTE LTD is looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for developing new B2B accounts, building strong client relationships, and generating new business opportunities for our recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities through outbound prospecting, email outreach and active prospecting.
• Follow up with both cold and warm leads to generate new client accounts.
• Arrange and conduct face-to-face meetings and presentations with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs and secure new job orders for our recruitment team.
• Prepare and presentquotations, proposals and service presentations.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close new business deals.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth fulfilment of client requirements.
• Achieve agreed sales and business development targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Degree with 1 to 2 years of business development experience will be added advantage
• Confident communicator with strong presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Independent, resilient and motivated by achieving results
