Business Development & Client Relations Associate

About the role

This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience across business development, client relations, influencer marketing, and campaign execution. You'll work closely with the Managing Partners in acquiring new clients while helping manage ACCE's existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Managing Partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities
• Research potential brands and clients, conduct outreach, and consistently follow up with prospects
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, quotations, and pitch materials
• Join client meetings and pitches and help move prospects through the sales process
• Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, prospects, follow-ups, and opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ACCE's existing clients
• Handle day-to-day client communication, requirements, updates, and follow-ups
• Understand client needs and help ensure expectations, timelines, and deliverables are properly managed
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional ACCE services and grow existing accounts
• Translate client briefs and requirements into clear instructions for the internal team

About you

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, PR, or a related field
• Internship or experience in sales, business development, marketing, account management, PR, advertising, events, or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Confident, personable, and comfortable communicating with clients
• Proactive and comfortable with outreach, follow-ups, and initiating conversations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Willing to learn and take on responsibilities in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
