Inform Social Media is a growing TikTok Shop affiliate management company specializing in helping consumer brands build profitable sales channels through creator partnerships.

We work with brands across sports, fitness, wellness, food, beverages, and consumer products. Our team handles affiliate creator recruitment, product sampling coordination, creator relationships, and ongoing TikTok Shop affiliate program management.

We are looking for a motivated, professional individual to join our company as a Sales & Client Relations Partner.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills who wants to earn recurring commissions while helping grow an expanding social commerce business.

We provide the leads and schedule the sales meetings. Your responsibility is to take those meetings, close qualified brands, and maintain strong client relationships.

You will work directly with the founder to learn our services, sales process, and TikTok Shop affiliate management strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled sales calls with brand owners, founders, and marketing executives.
• Learn and confidently present our TikTok Shop affiliate management services.
• Explain our creator recruitment process, management approach, and partnership options.
• Convert qualified prospects into long-term clients.
• Provide each client with a weekly update on their affiliate program's progress.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and respond to questions as needed.
• Communicate with our internal management team to stay informed on client performance and developments.

What We Provide

You will not be responsible for cold outreach, finding leads, recruiting affiliate creators, or managing daily TikTok Shop operations.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor opportunity.

You will receive 50% of the monthly management revenue collected from each client you personally close, for every month that client remains active under your management.

This recurring commission structure is designed to reward both successful sales and long-term client retention.

Estimated earning potential: $4,000–$10,000 per month as your client portfolio grows.

Actual earnings depend on the number of clients closed, their management agreements, and how long they remain active. There is no guaranteed salary or minimum income.

Previous TikTok Shop experience is beneficial but not required. We will provide training on our services and processes.
