Business Development & Financial Services Officer

Position Overview

STM is expanding its business activities by introducing corporate financing solutions and is seeking a Corporate Finance Business Development Manager to support the development of this new business segment in Greece.

The successful candidate will report directly to STM Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective corporate clients.
• Present STM's new financial services, including corporate loans and financing solutions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Conduct preliminary client assessments in accordance with established guidelines.
• Prepare client profiles and refer qualified opportunities to Management.
• Coordinate meetings with financing partners for further evaluation and financing proposals.
• Monitor opportunities and report progress directly to STM Management.

Candidate Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Sound understanding of corporate finance, business lending, and financing principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish professional relationships with senior executives and corporate decision-makers.
• Analytical thinking and ability to assess business opportunities against established criteria.
• Strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and personal initiative.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with Management.
• Fulfilled military obligations , where applicable.

Previous experience in corporate banking, financial services, business development, or corporate lending will be considered a strong advantage.
