Athena Expert Surveyors is a growing, mostly female, surveying business in the housing disrepair sector, and this market is full of untapped opportunity. We're looking for an ambitious, commercially sharp person to win new clients, run our operations with precision and be properly rewarded for doing it.

£33–35k basic. Uncapped bonuses. £75k+ potential for the right person!
There's no ceiling. What you earn depends on what you achieve.

What you'll do...

Relationship Build/ Open doors and Win Business.
Build strong relationships with solicitors, landlords and tenant-side firms, and turn them into long-term clients

Convert enquiries quickly. - Turn interest into confirmed bookings

Run a tight operation
Manage surveyors' diaries, plan routes and arrange property access

Own the detail
Keep HubSpot accurate and move every job smoothly from enquiry to completion

What you'll bring....

• Excellent attention to detail. This is essential, and it shows from your very first email

• A background in bookings, logistics, legal work or B2B sales / Business Development.

• Confidence with tech, including Aircall, HubSpot and Google Drive

• An established home office with your own equipment

• Real ambition. You want to build something and be well rewarded for it!
