Business Development & Operations Executive

We're hiring a detail-oriented Business Development & Operations Executive to manage our lead funnel and support executive operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage inbound leads in Zoho CRM.
• Engage prospects via US virtual numbers (AWS Cloud) for rapid response.
• Qualify leads, identify needs, and prepare summaries for handover to closing.
• Coordinate calendars for closing calls with Business & Operations Head.
• Convert executive briefings and whiteboard sessions into professional documents, blueprints, and roadmaps.
• Maintain flawless formatting on memos, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in operations, lead coordination, or executive support
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and cloud environments (AWS)
• Excellent written English and document formatting skills
• Strong listening and note-taking ability; comfortable receiving feedback.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Probation (Months 1–3): PKR 75,000/month + daily meal
• After confirmation: PKR 90,000/month
• 1% commission on closed deals from leads you nurture

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (after 3-month probation)

Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM PKT

Reports to: Business and Operations Head

Pay: From Rs70,000.00 per month
