About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, career-driven Business Development & Operations Trainee to join our team. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in sales, marketing, and business operations through structured training and hands-on experience alongside experienced mentors.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns
• Participate in training on sales, marketing, customer engagement, and leadership
• Support day-to-day business operations and project coordination
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
• Collaborate on client acquisition and business development
• Gradually take on team coordination and project responsibilities
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
