Business Development and Partnership Associate / Trainee

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development and Partnership Associate / Trainee who can assist Business Development team in developing and executing strategic business plans. A great opportunity for fresh talents who are interested in pursuing and developing their career in business development and partnership space.

Here’s what you’ll be doing with us:

·         Support Business Development team to develop insurance solutions and help prepare insurance proposals

·         Work closely with internal teams such as Product, Underwriting, and IT Team in developing and executing insurance solutions to business partners/clients.

·         Responsible for market research and ongoing product analysis

·         Support day-to-day monitoring, marketing campaign management, and billing settlements for existing business

·         Develop relationships with current and potential business partners/clients

·         Help identify new opportunities to drive revenues and KPIs

And here’s whom we’re looking for:

·         Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Insurance or related disciplines

·         1 year of working experience or above. Exposure in insurance industry will be an advantage

·         Strong interpersonal, communication and multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented and a good team player

·         Good command in PC skills and in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)

·         Fresh graduates are also welcomed
