Business Development & Partnerships Executive – Aesthetic Training

Dr Monica FZCO, a Dubai-based company providing international aesthetic training, is looking for a proactive, well-connected professional based in the UK to promote our aesthetic masterclasses and generate course enrolments.

This is a remote role focused exclusively on training sales and professional partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and contact healthcare professionals interested in aesthetic training.
• Promote our masterclasses, explain course options and follow up with prospective participants.
• Build partnerships with clinics, training academies and professional communities.
• Identify and coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators in the medical aesthetics sector.
• Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into confirmed course enrolments.
• Track outreach, collaborations and enrolment results.

Requirements:

• Based in the UK.
• Experience in sales, business development or partnerships, preferably within aesthetic medicine, healthcare, beauty or professional education.
• An established professional network in the UK or the ability to build one.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.
