Business Development & Project Manager (True Leasing)

PositionPurpose :
The Business Development&Project Manager is responsible for supporting theHead of - Technology in driving business initiatives, technology related projects, process improvement,and cross functional coordination for the vehicle leasing business.

JobSummary :

• Support the Head of Technology in managing business and technology related projects for the vehicle leasingbusiness.

• Coordinate with stake holders across multiple companies, departments, vendors, and business partners.

• Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare project documentation,f ollow up action items, and monitor project progress.

• Prepare professional reports, executive summaries, and presentation materials in both Thailand English.

• Support business process improvement, technology enablement, data reporting, and operational efficiency initiatives.

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, Digital Business,or related fields.
2. Experience in vehicle leasing, automotive business, mobility service, fleet management,finance ,or technology enabled operations would be an advantage.
3. Experience co ordinating with multiple stakeholders across departments, companies, or external vendors.
4. Ability to understand technology enabled business processes, digital tools, system requirements, data reporting, and operational platforms.
5. Business analysis, project coordination, requirement gathering, process improvement, milestone tracking, and issue followup.
6. Strong written English for reports, project documents, email communication, and presentation decks.
7. Good spoken English for meetings, vendor discussions, requirement clarification, and stakeholder communication.
