Business Development & Project Representative

We are an established company specialising in Electrical, Air Conditioning, Mechanical & Electrical (M&E), and Solar Energy services.

We are looking for a Part-Time or Full-Time Business Development & Project Representative to represent the company in engaging clients, developing new business opportunities, negotiating projects and securing new contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in meetings and discussions with clients, main contractors, consultants and business partners
• Identify and develop new project opportunities
• Source and follow up on tenders, quotations and project proposals
• Discuss project requirements, pricing and commercial terms with potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry contacts
• Develop new business opportunities and secure project contracts
• Coordinate with the management and engineering team to understand project requirements and prepare suitable proposals

Requirements:

• Experience in construction, M&E, Electrical, Air Conditioning, Solar Energy or related industries is preferred
• Candidates with existing industry contacts, client relationships or project opportunities are strongly encouraged to apply
• Good communication, negotiation and business development skills
• Able to represent the company professionally and independently
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented
• Strong ability to develop relationships and identify business opportunities

Employment Type:
Part-Time / Full-Time

Remuneration:
Basic salary / allowance + project commission. Package is negotiable depending on experience, network and performance.
