About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development & Research Support professional to join our growing team. The role involves supporting business development initiatives, market and talent research, CRM and pipeline management, and building strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market and talent research to identify relevant opportunities and prospects.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and business research.
• Support business development and lead generation activities.
• Manage and update CRM and sales pipelines.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects and stakeholders.
• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining accurate research data.

What We're Looking For

• 1–4 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Strong market and talent research capabilities.
• Experience with CRM and pipeline management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good research, analytical, and organizational abilities.
