We are looking for an experienced professional to lead Business Development, Strategy Planning and Project Development for residential real estate projects. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute business & growth strategies.
Identify new residential project development opportunities.
Manage project feasibility, cash flow and business planning.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Drive business development and strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends and support management in decision-making.
