Position: Business Development & Customer Care Executive

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹26,000/month + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide proper information
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Follow up with customers and prospects
• Support business development and sales activities
• Generate new business opportunities through communication and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the team and maintain customer records
• Assist in achieving monthly business targets

Eligibility:

• 12th Pass / Graduate
• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication and a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling & computer work
