1.Customer Service & Business Development Manager / Executive

客戶服務暨業務開發經理／專員

Job Responsibilities｜主要職責

●Develop and maintain corporate clients and business opportunities in Malaysia.

●Build long-term relationships with clients, partners and relevant industry stakeholders.

●Conduct client meetings, presentations, proposals, quotations and commercial negotiations.

●Understand client requirements and coordinate appropriate technical and commercial solutions.

●Manage enquiries, CRM records, quotations and project follow-ups.

●Coordinate with internal technical teams, contractors and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

●Follow projects from initial enquiry, site assessment and proposal through execution and completion.

●Maintain client relationships after project completion and identify future business opportunities.

●Support market development across industrial, semiconductor, data centre, insurance and other corporate sectors.

●從初步接洽、現場需求、提案至案件執行及完成，全程追蹤管理

●維護完工後客戶關係並持續開發後續合作機會

●開發工業、半導體、資料中心、保險及其他企業市場

Requirements｜任職條件

●5–7 years of B2B sales, business development, corporate client management or related experience in Malaysia.

●Strong experience in proposal preparation, negotiation, CRM and project follow-up.

●Good communication, presentation and relationship management skills.

●Fluent in English and Chinese.

●Bachelor’s Degree or above; Business, Marketing, Engineering, Insurance or Risk Management background is preferred.

●Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

●Able to communicate and coordinate effectively across different cultures and departments.

●Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

●Willing to travel for client meetings, site visits and business development activities.

●Experience in industrial, semiconductor, data centre, insurance, engineering services or disaster recovery markets is an advantage.

●Experience working with insurance companies, Loss Adjusters, risk management or insurance claims is an advantage.

●Familiarity with AI productivity tools is an advantage.

Salary｜薪資

Executive：RM4,000 – RM5,500 / month
Manager：RM5,500 – RM8,000 / month

Final salary and position will be determined based on experience, qualifications and capabilities.

專員：RM4,000 – RM5,500／月
經理：RM5,500 – RM8,000／月

實際職級及薪資將依個人經驗、專業能力及相關資格面議。

2.Project Engineering Manager / Engineer

專案工程經理／工程師

Job Responsibilities｜主要職責

●Coordinate engineering projects, technical teams, contractors and on-site activities.

●Conduct site inspections, technical assessments and project coordination.

●Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers and internal departments.

●Coordinate equipment operation, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and technical works.

●Manage site manpower, contractors, work schedules and priorities.

●Monitor project progress, quality, safety requirements and work priorities.

●Prepare technical documents, site records, photographs, daily reports and project reports.

●Respond effectively to unexpected site conditions and rapidly changing project requirements.

●Provide technical and engineering support for disaster recovery and restoration projects.

●Travel to client sites and project locations throughout Malaysia when required.

●建立現場紀錄、照片、Daily Report、技術文件及工程報告

●能處理現場突發狀況及快速變動的專案需求

●為災後修復與復原專案提供工程及技術支援

●配合馬來西亞各地客戶現場工作及專案出差

Requirements｜任職條件

●3–10 years of relevant engineering, technical or project experience.

●Experience in engineering project coordination and on-site operations.

●Strong communication skills with clients, contractors and cross-functional teams.

●Fluent in English and Chinese.

●Valid driving licence.

●Willing to work on-site and travel when required.

●Bachelor’s Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Equipment Maintenance or related fields is preferred.

●Candidates with strong practical technical experience will also be considered.

●Good logical thinking, documentation and reporting skills.

●Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.

●Able to prioritize tasks and adapt to rapidly changing site conditions.

●Strong attention to quality, safety and details.

●Experience in emergency response, disaster recovery, industrial facilities or high-tech manufacturing environments is an advantage.

Technical Experience｜技術能力

Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will have an advantage:

●Engineering project coordination and site operations

●Low-voltage electrical distribution

●Electrical testing and troubleshooting

●Electrical installation and maintenance

●Equipment operation, repair, maintenance and assembly

●On-site construction and technical services

●Water and electrical works

●Wiring and piping

●Low-voltage electrical systems

●Industrial facilities and equipment maintenance

●ST Wireman / ST Chargeman / SKM electrical installation and maintenance certification

Salary｜薪資

Engineer：RM4,000 – RM6,000 / month
Project Engineering Manager：RM6,000 – RM8,000+ / month

Final position and salary will be determined according to technical experience, project management capability and professional qualifications.
