Business Development Assistant

JOB SUMMARY (Major functions of the position)

The Business Development Assistant role is a temporary entry level to assist, learn and obtain exposures in tasks related to marketing and promotion of clinical research activities. As a Business Development Intern, you will have to assist the business development team in providing basic support in the areas of the department’s activities including but not limited to events management and coordination, data entry, article/report write-up and promotional activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in preparing updates in company communications
• Support in the design and development of creative content
• Support in coordinating department programs/ activities
• Participate in business development marketing and promotional activities
• Support in data entry in systems managed by CRM BD
• Support in preparing small scale write-ups/ analysis on articles/ reports
• Undertake other assignments delegated by supervisor.

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of Degree in Life Sciences/ Health Sciences/ Life Sciences other relevant degrees
• Good written and verbal communication skills, in both Bahasa Melayu & English Language
• Competent in Microsoft & Canva.
• Proactive in doing work.
• Good time management and organizational skills
