Business Development Assistant Manager

Job responsibilities:

• Plan and implement sales projects, business training and other related activities according to the needs of the partnering banks or brokers.
• Maintain close cooperation with partnering banks/brokers and provide professional sales support and excellent service.
• Provide relevant business plan on achievement of sales target and product development strategies.
• Job duties may be adjusted according to the changes in the market and the strategy of the company.
• Provide  sales product training arrangement.

Requirement:

• Degree holder or above in Marketing, Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economic, Statistics or related disciplines.
• 5-8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in banking or life insurance broker field.
• Possess valid insurance licenses (IIQE Paper I,II,III & V), professional qualifications in insurance (e.g.FLMI) is preferred.
• Have broad understanding of insurance products in both Hong Kong and Mainland China markets.
• Excellent communication skills; Self-motivated, energetic and can work independently and under pressure.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Excellent training background, candidate with insurance training experience is highly recommended.
