Business Development Associate (Appointment Setter)

About the role: Achieving success in this role requires a strong commitment to making numerous calls and engaging in client appointments. Diligence, adeptness at following instructions, and a strong work ethic are indispensable in meeting the demands of the position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads from top companies across various industries

• Engage with decision-makers through multiple outreach channels including email, LinkedIn, phone, and WhatsApp

• Craft and send personalized emails

• Make outbound calls and follow-ups to secure appointments

• Attend client meetings

• Monitor daily activities and submit regular performance reports

• Other tasks to be assigned by the team/company

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have at least a Bachelor's Degree
• Open to outstanding and diligent fresh graduates.
• Must have excellent oral and written English communication skills.
• Must be residing in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan

This is a freelance role with an initial six-month contract, with the possibility of extensions based on performance and business needs. If successful, you may also be endorsed to our partner agency for a potential long-term opportunity.
