Business Development Associate (BDA)

• Lead Generation and Prospecting: Find potential clients and new business openings via cold calls, emails, networking, and research.
• Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects based on their needs, budget, and decision-making power to see if they fit the business model.
• Client Communication: Hold initial meetings or product demos, answer client questions, and build long-term trust.
• Sales Support: Help senior managers prepare proposals, pricing strategies, sales pitches, and presentations to close deals.
• Market Research: Study market trends, track competitor activities, and spot new growth opportunities.
• CRM and Data Management: Keep accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales metrics in the company database.
• Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and sales teams to align strategies and improve customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
