Business Development Associate (BDA)

Modern Theory is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, communicating with prospects, and supporting the business development and sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business leads through various channels.
• Reach out to potential clients and introduce Modern Theory's services.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Support the team in achieving monthly business development targets.
• Build and maintain good relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Follow up with prospects until the sales process is completed.

Salary & Compensation

• Probation Period: 2 months
• During Probation: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
• After Successful Completion of Probation: ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
• Additional incentives will be provided based on performance/sales.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in speaking with clients and prospects.
• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic knowledge of business development and sales processes is preferred.
