About the Role

Digiconn Unite Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Associates to promote and drive enrolments for our IDMATS Digital Marketing Course. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential students, understanding their career goals, explaining course benefits, and converting interested leads into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students through outbound calls and follow-ups.
• Promote the IDMATS Digital Marketing Course and explain its features, benefits, and career opportunities.
• Understand students' interests and recommend suitable course options.
• Generate and qualify leads to identify potential admissions.
• Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into successful enrolments.
• Handle queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate lead databases, calling records, and daily sales reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure a smooth enrolment process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining data.
• Ability to build rapport with prospective students.
