Key Responsibilities

• Generate, qualify, and follow up on prospective leads.
• Counsel clients on overseas education and immigration services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience throughout the process.
• Stay updated on company services, industry trends, and market opportunities.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–1 year of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office.
• Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Kottayam will be preferred.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
