Business Development Associate

• Reach out to businesses across the UAE and GCC via phone to introduce Agile Consultants and our recruitment services.
• Speak with HR professionals, hiring managers, and business owners to understand their hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
• Identify potential business opportunities and schedule meetings for our recruitment team.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Represent Agile Consultants in a professional, courteous, and confident manner.
• Contribute towards expanding our network of clients across the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Have previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, or another client-facing role.
• Have excellent spoken and written English.
• Be comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
• Be confident, well-organized, and proactive.
• Enjoy building relationships and maintaining regular follow-ups.
• Be eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Be looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company.

Experience working with international clients will be an advantage but is not essential.
