Business Development Associate

About the role

EZFY is looking for a results-driven Business Development Associate to join our business development team. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial role in developing new business opportunities, managing partnerships with clients as well as contributing to overall growth of the company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proactively identifying and pursuing new sales leads to expand our client portfolio
2. Scheduling and conducting meetings with prospective clients to pitch EZFY's services and solutions
3. Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and service level agreements to secure new business
4. Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business and referrals
5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences
6. Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service offerings
7. Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets and contributing to the overall sales team performance

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Business Developer, or in a similar sales/business development role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Track Record: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Technical Skills: MS Office/Google Workspace.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in both English and Filipino; other language proficiencies is a plus. Ability to present to C-level executives.
