About the role

Trident Worldwide Transport Logistics Inc. is looking for a high-energy Freight Forwarding Specialist and/or Business Development Associate to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a "headhunter" mindset—someone who isn't afraid to pick up the phone, hunt for new opportunities, and persistently follow through until a deal is closed.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Cold Calling: Confidently engage with decision-makers to introduce our logistics services and schedule meetings.
• Proposal & Quotation Management: Prepare professional rate proposals and customized quotations tailored to client needs.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and follow-ups or sales reports.
• Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and secure new business partnerships to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in recruitment (headhunting), telemarketing, or sales is a major plus.

• Fresh Graduates: Open to fresh graduates of Business, Marketing, or any related course who possess strong communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.

• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication.
  • Resilience in handling rejection and the persistence to follow up.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Mindset: A proactive "hunter" who thrives in a target-driven environment.
