Business Development Associate

About the role

Herb & Fashion Sdn Bhd, a leading provider of premium herbal and nutrition products, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development professional to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Kuala Lumpur office, where you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the TCM & pharmaceutical industry
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and partners
• Conducting market research to understand industry trends and competitors
• Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth
• Preparing and presenting compelling proposals and pitches to secure new business
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to measure the success of your efforts

About you

• Proven track record in new business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ TCM industries
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to overcome objections and close deals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and industry trends
• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Provide own transport (car) and willing to travel outstation frequently
