Business Development Associate

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop new business opportunities through tie-ups with educational institutions, training providers, and other relevant partners.
• Manage existing client relationships to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for promoting EdTech products/services in the education sector.
• Identify key stakeholders within target organizations and build strong relationships to drive revenue growth.

Job Requirements :

• 0-6 years of experience in business development management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of client relationship management principles and practices.
• Proven track record of developing successful partnerships or alliances in an educational setting (preferably).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
