Business Development Associate

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explain products, services, prices and answer questions from customers
• Update dealers with the current promos of the company
• Deal with customer complains
• Support marketing activities including trade shows, leafleting, sampling, etc.
• Placing / Coordinating of KK orders to Production and other concerned parties following the prescribed procedure; Prepare Order Slip and Top Sheet to Warehouse Department; Prepare Order Slip for Dealers
• Revival of inactive accounts / dealers; Follow-up dealers to place orders
• Generate new businesses (Dealers)
• Generate and refer sales leads to Sales Department
• Maintain and updates client data base
• Attend trade events special selling activities
• Prepare Sales Summary Report
• Encode daily sales per area

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Good communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Mandaluyong City
