Business Development Associate 业务支持

Responsibilities:

1.Assisting in Building and maintaining the business relationship with assigned institutional accounts;协助建立并维护指定的机构客户业务关系

2.Collect and organize the needs and requirements of target customers;收集并整理目标客户的需求及要求

3.Take ownership of following up on new account opening requests, and conduct periodic client account reviews.对新开户申请的跟进工作承担责任，并定期进行客户账户复核

4.Coordinate closely with multiple departments, including Sales, Compliance, and Operations, to ensure completeness and quality of client services.与销售、合规和运营等多个部门密切协调，以确保客户服务的完成度和质量

5.Submit customer requests and provide progress updates to superiors.提交客户需求并向主管更新完成进程

Basic Qualifications:

1.Bachelor’s degree or above; 学士学位或以上；

2. 0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant field; 在相关领域有0-3年经验；

3.Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);

熟练掌握MS Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word、Outlook）的高级技能；

4.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through;组织严密，特别注重细节和后续行动跟进；

5.Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic;具有团队合作精神，积极态度和强烈职业道德；

6.Strong communication skills (written and verbal);较强的沟通能力（书面和口头）；
