Business Development Associate

Who you are

• 2+ years of experience in a BD or similar role
• Demonstrated experience engaging with early-stage developers and contributing to crypto or Web3 ecosystems
• Practical knowledge of smart accounts, EIP-4337, EIP-7702, and related developer tooling
• Experience using social platforms to generate qualified leads, particularly Crypto Twitter to identify and engage prospective users, developers, or partners
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively both online and in person
• Has used AI tools to optimize and automate workflows. (Claude, ChatGPT)
• A results-oriented approach, with experience defining and measuring outcomes such as converting prospective builders into active users
• Technical background (Engineer, Devrel, Product Manager)
• Understanding of ERC-4337 and EIP-7702

What the job involves

• Identify and pursue partnerships with early-stage builders, converting interest into active ZeroDev integrations
• Pitch ZeroDev’s Kernel and modular account infrastructure directly to developer teams, helping them understand why their current setup falls short
• Own the top of the funnel: track leads, nurture them from interest to technical evaluation, and hand off to sales engineering for deeper integration support
• Represent ZeroDev at hackathons, demo days, and industry events, always tying engagement back to the adoption pipeline
• Engage and source leads on social platforms (Twitter, Discord) to strategically position ZeroDev in relevant AA conversations
