Business Development Associate

*Role Description*

Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, and relationship management. Identify new business opportunities and convert prospects into long-term clients.

*Key Responsibilities*

-Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos to pitch solutions

• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closure

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

• Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, contracts, and onboarding - Maintain sales pipeline and reports in CRM

*Requirements* - 6 months to 3 years of experience in business development or B2B sales - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Target-driven with ability to work under pressure

• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho

• Willing to work from Sector 58, Noida

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
