Business Development Associate

Location - Onsite, Mohali (Punjab)

Shift- Night shift (6pm to 3 am)

Working days - Mon-Fri

Salary- 3 LPA

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the US market and generate business opportunities.
• Identify and qualify prospects and schedule relevant meetings for the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects regularly and build strong professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate lead, call, meeting, and follow-up records in the CRM.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and smooth progression of opportunities.
• Meet defined calling, follow-up, and meeting-setting targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
• Confident and comfortable with cold calling and client interaction.
• Good interpersonal, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and comfort with CRM-based work.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Sales/Business Development are encouraged to apply.
