Business Development Associate

CIRA Investments Inc. is looking for motivated and well-connected professionals to help grow our investor network and introduce potential investors to our team.

This is a flexible, performance-based position with no fixed office hours. You can work independently and only attend the CIRA office when required for investor meetings, team meetings, events, or other business needs.

What You'll Do

• Identify and connect with potential investors
• Build relationships with professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, and other qualified prospects
• Introduce interested prospects to the CIRA Investments team
• Help arrange meetings between potential investors and CIRA
• Build and maintain your own professional network
• Attend investor meetings, networking events, or webinars when required
• Follow up with prospects and maintain professional relationships

You will not be responsible for providing investment advice or determining whether an investment is suitable for an investor.

Who We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A good professional network and ability to generate new connections
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Professional and confident when speaking with potential investors
• Previous experience in banking, wealth management, investment banking, financial services, or investments is strongly preferred
• Business development or investor relations experience is an asset

Compensation

This is a performance-based position.

Compensation will be based on successful business development and investor introductions, subject to CIRA's compliance requirements and applicable securities regulations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Pay: $79,742.38 - $96,033.83 per year
