Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, outreach, and networking.
• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.
• Present HireAssistant.org’s services and clearly communicate their value to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
• Follow up with leads and move qualified prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and business development activities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Meet assigned business development and revenue targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• A proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
• Ability to communicate professionally with prospective clients.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Previous experience in business development, sales, recruitment, customer success, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in sales/business development are also encouraged to apply.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹26,000 per month
