Business Development Associate

Location: Kochi

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to client inquiries.
• Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain and update customer and administrative records.
• Support day-to-day office administration and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage emails, reports, and correspondence.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending client requirements.
• Assist in preparing reports and maintaining databases.
• Ensure timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English.
• Strong telecalling and client-handling abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in administration, telecalling, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
