Business Development Associate

About the role

• Identify, follow up on, and convert leads into confirmed trip bookings
• Handle client conversations end-to-end from first enquiry to final booking
• Negotiate with vendors hotels, local operators, activity providers — for better rates and packages
• Put together trip proposals and pricing in coordination with the founder/team
• Track leads and conversions to keep improving close rates
• Build long-term relationships with repeat clients and referrals
• Represent Limitless Travel professionally in every client and vendor interaction

Requirements

• Up to 3 years of experience — freshers with strong communication skills welcome too
• No specific degree required, sales instinct and communication matter more
• Strong verbal and written communication — confident on calls and WhatsApp
• Organized and detail-oriented — can manage multiple leads without dropping the ball
• Comfortable with basic tools like Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business
• Genuine interest in travel — bonus if you've travelled yourself or know the space
• Self-starter, target-driven, comfortable with minimal hand-holding
