Business Development Associate

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
• Explain our overseas recruitment services and EmigrateJobs subscription plans.
• Identify interested customers, recruitment partners, and potential business opportunities.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Convert interested leads into paid customers or business partners.
• Maintain daily calling records and update lead information.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team for lead conversion.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers on the phone.
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM is preferred.
• Sales, telecalling, or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
