Inbound Query Resolution: Answer incoming calls, address doubts regarding admission criteria or class schedules, and resolve student inquiries professionally.

Data Management & Tracking: Maintain accurate, up-to-date call records, notes, and lead statuses in the company CRM or reporting sheets.

Follow-Ups: Re-engage warm leads regularly without being overly pushy, moving prospects through the admission funnel.
